Work samples, assessment portfolios, and visual displays showcased students’ growth across subjects and skill areas, while personalised feedback allowed parents to better understand their strengths, challenges, and goals ahead. Many parents expressed how seeing their child’s work up close—along with hearing specific observations from teachers—offered a clearer picture of the learning process.

In addition to one-on-one sessions, teachers also took time to explain classroom strategies, learning styles, and how parents can support their child at home, creating a collaborative bridge between school and home. For some students, improvement in behaviour, participation, or academic achievement was acknowledged with praise and encouragement, fostering a sense of motivation and pride.
